Small Northwest insurer seeks a motivated Actuarial Associate to join a passionate team performing interesting and impactful work in supporting the mission to provide accessible and expansive coverage. Leveraging creative expertise, Actuary will focus on Worker's Compensation becoming an expert for that state, while working alongside senior executives in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. Associate will serve as a proactive partner in providing strategic analyses, establishing rates and maintaining reserves, and supporting reinsurance financial reporting. Looking for an ACAS/FCAS with worker's comp exposure, confident presentation skills, and large account pricing experience. Great leadership potential!
