Job Description
Execution-driven FCAS with technical expertise sought to lead high-profile initiatives and make an organization-wide impact. Vice President/AVP will lead reserving & loss analytics, manage M&A integration efforts, and ensure reserve adequacy. Highly visible role focuses on fostering a proactive, innovative analytics environment and collaborating across functions, building and enhancing models & tools, and providing insights to drive financial reporting and strategic decision-making. Looking for an FCAS, or exceptional ACAS, with 10+ years progressive hands-on P&C experience, intellectual curiosity, and great presentation skills & adaptability. Multiple locations including St. Paul/Minneapolis.
