Job Description
(Assistant) Vice President opportunity supporting reserving strategy and actuarial governance within a fast-growing, multiline P&C insurer offering strong career development and impact. Role contributes to reserving governance and supports modernization of tools, analytics, and infrastructure to enhance transparency and decision-quality insight. Working closely with Finance and Underwriting, AVP will provide actuarial expertise supporting risk evaluation, financial credibility, and scalable processes. Seeking an ACAS/FCAS with 8+ years reserving experience, including regulatory and systems exposure (Igloo/ResQ), and excellent cross-functional communication & interpersonal skills.
