C-suite facing Director opportunity for a driven and agile P&C pricing Actuary who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment. Director will serve as a leader and subject expert overseeing all pricing functions and exploring complex anomalies, employing holistic and effective solutions, thoughtful product design, and securing meaningful client relationships. Director will be responsible for building remarkable pricing team, cross collaborative rate structure and automation development efforts. ACAS/FCAS and 7-10 years relevant experience with deep exposure to advanced modeling and visualization software sought. Warranty/surplus line familiarity ideal.
