Drive high-impact personal lines pricing as Actuarial Director, leading full-cycle portfolio pricing strategy, including new product pricing, and technical actuarial innovation. Role involves automating models and analytical frameworks while partnering closely with product, underwriting, and business leaders to integrate catastrophe, reinsurance, and emerging risk considerations into actionable recommendations. Additionally, the Director will support filings and regulatory compliance, mentor actuarial colleagues, and apply advanced SQL, Python, and AI to transform pricing processes. Requires ACAS/FCAS with 7+ years personal lines pricing experience.
