Job Description
Life FSA sought for a key Actuarial Director role focused on pricing and evaluating complex life and longevity reinsurance transactions across individual life, annuities, and inforce markets. Director will develop pricing assumptions and models, lead analytical work supporting new business, inforce block, pension risk transfer, M&A, insurtech, and product development opportunities, and present results to senior stakeholders to support transaction decisions. Role partners closely with pricing leadership, marketing, biometrics, underwriting, and global teams to structure reinsurance solutions and deliver pricing insights. Requires 8+ years' life (re)insurance experience, strong product and modeling expertise, and excellent communication skills.
