Job Description
Hands-on Reserving Actuary will contribute to data-driven decision making and enhance loss reserve functions on a small Dallas team. Near-ACAS/FCAS will focus primarily on loss reserves, digesting contracts, and providing complex analyses with some involvement in pricing, reinsurance, and corporate reporting. Looking for someone intellectually curious with 4+ years' actuarial experience, strong interpersonal & presentation skills, and capable of working with ambiguous data to provide thoughtful problem solving. Reserving experience not required but preferred as well as some Long Tail product line knowledge. Data Science background helpful along with Python/R/SQL proficiency.
