Enterprise-facing Assistant Vice President opportunity overseeing reserving and treaty performance analytics for a complex ceded reinsurance portfolio within a leading global insurer. Hands-on leader will own reserve strategy and ceded results management, partnering with Pricing, Underwriting, Claims, and Finance to identify emerging trends, strengthen insights, and manage volatility. Seeking an ACAS/FCAS with 10+ years 'P&C experience, strong reserving background including reinsurance, and proven leadership capabilities. SQL expertise required; Power BI and Python proficiency preferred.
