Vice President, Actuarial & Portfolio Management opportunity with a growing Specialty Insurtech to build the quantitative capabilities behind its Lloyd s syndicate s underwriting and capital decisions. Reporting to the Chief Actuary and AI Officer, this hands-on leader will take ownership of operational actuarial work, lead actuarial business planning and provide independent challenge to the plan. Working alongside the CEO, CFO and Active Underwriter, the role connects reserving and performance analysis with portfolio optimization, parametric exposure management and reinsurance strategy. Seeking a FIA/FCAS with strong coding expertise and commercial judgment to build tested, reproducible models and apply automation and AI within rigorous governance.
