Director of Actuarial Models opportunity for an ACAS/FCAS to build and lead a new team focused on developing advanced predictive models, including AI and machine learning, to address strategic business challenges. Actuary will oversee model implementation, ensure quality and compliance, and guide team development and collaboration across departments. Looking for someone with 10+ years' experience, strong technical expertise, and exceptional communication skills. Great career development opportunity with compensation up to ~$205K.
