Job Description
Head of Product and Pricing role leading the growth, profitability, and strategic direction of a homeowners insurance portfolio across wildfire-exposed markets in the western United States. Role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution, including setting business strategy, analyzing portfolio performance, driving regulatory filings, defining product requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market. Opportunity to develop and execute state-level product, pricing, underwriting, and exposure management strategies and drive innovation in one of the most dynamic and rapidly evolving areas of the property insurance industry. Seeking an analytical leader with 5+ years' P&C product management/development experience, wildfire-specific underwriting and pricing exposure preferred. Actuarial experience a plus.
