Job Description
First In-House Actuary opportunity to build and lead a new actuarial function with direct path to executive leadership. Highly visible Lead Actuary role partners directly with executive leadership on strategic business decisions while supporting Large Account pricing and growth. Role leads pricing, program design, and rate indications and filings, while supporting reserving and IBNR analysis, capital modeling, ERM, and reinsurance initiatives. Seeking an ACAS/FCAS with 7-15+ years actuarial experience and strong pricing, reserving, capital modeling, and/or reinsurance exposure, who enjoys building processes and influencing business decisions.
