Experienced P&C Reserving expert sought for HIGH-PROFILE leadership opportunity managing go-to-market strategies and intellectual property development & creating segment-specific solutions. FCAS will collaborate with global teams on Reserving software development and enhancement, executing transformational consulting and technology propositions. Must have 15+ years' Reserving experience and refined interpersonal/communication skills with the ability to guide and influence C-Suite executives. Business development/consulting backgrounds with transformation experience preferred. Base salary up to ~$350K plus generous bonus structure. Multiple locations plus remote work options available!
