Job Description
Our fast-growing Specialty Insurance client is seeking a Chief Actuarial Officer to lead pricing, reserving, and risk management functions while partnering closely with executive leadership. This individual will play a key role in driving strategy, supporting growth and profitability, and presenting actuarial insights to the Board, regulators, and external stakeholders. Ideal candidates will be FCAS with senior leadership experience in specialty P&C insurance, including strong expertise across pricing, reserving, and enterprise risk. Role is onsite in San Diego or Minneapolis. Base salary ~$280-410K plus bonus potential & LTI program.
