Job Description
Health ASA sought for regional leadership role focused on network pricing strategy, provider contracting analytics, and actuarial modeling across national and local markets. Influences provider contract negotiations and major deal strategy through network performance insights and advanced modeling, partnering with provider contracting teams, VPs, CFOs, and regional leadership. Responsibilities include evaluating rate changes, refining models, supporting network performance forums, and translating findings into actionable unit cost and financial insights. Requires 8+ years actuarial experience, with network pricing and/or value-based care experience preferred, and strong communication skills to operate effectively in a matrix environment. Salary up to ~$200K plus excellent benefits.
