Job Description
Experienced Reinsurance professional needed for high-impact Vice President opportunity in a sophisticated risk environment delivering innovative reinsurance solutions for complex life & health markets. Role focuses on structuring and executing complex transactions, financial modeling, and strategic deal solutions that address client needs and portfolio objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional and leadership teams to drive transaction outcomes and portfolio performance. Must have 10+ years' life (re)insurance, M&A, or corporate development including exposure to ALM, pricing, and/or investment management. Actuarial Credentials not required. Base salary up to ~$300K.
