Job Description
Near-ACAS/FCAS sought for hands-on actuarial reserving opportunity on a small Dallas team with long-term growth opportunities. Role focuses on the enhancement of loss reserve functions and contributes to data-driven decision making with exposure to pricing, reinsurance, and corporate reporting. Looking for someone with 4+ years of actuarial experience, demonstrating intellectual curiosity and a strong ability to work with complex, ambiguous data to deliver insightful analyses. Reserving experience is preferred (though not mandatory), along with knowledge of Long Tail product lines. A background in Data Science and proficiency in Python, R, and SQL is highly advantageous. Role offers a generous bonus structure, a supportive work culture, and excellent work/life balance. Dallas preferred with options in Chicago/Richmond.
