RETAINED SEARCH: Career-defining move for an FCAS with 15-20+ years of experience in advanced reserving roles and background in Reinsurance to lead a dedicated Reserving team and serve as a strategic leader spearheading the development of the corporate structure needed during exciting growth and expansion. Actuary will liaise and partner closely with North American Insurance and Global Reinsurance business across all lines, manage additional reserves, and further advance their new, built in-house reserve platform. Looking for someone to bring a bit of fun along with strong IT skills and emotional intelligence.
