Rare Senior Vice President opportunity leading reserve strategy and enterprise actuarial governance within a fast-growing, multiline P&C insurer offering significant career development and impact. Role provides strategic oversight of reserving governance while driving modernization of tools, analytics, and infrastructure to enhance transparency and decision-quality insight. Partnering closely with Finance and Underwriting, SVP will influence risk strategy, financial credibility, and organizational scalability. Seeking an ACAS/FCAS with 12+ years' reserving experience including in regulatory and systems (Igloo/ResQ) and proven leadership with genuine desire to mentor.
