VP Reserving opportunity offering technical ownership and broad cross-functional exposure within a growing, program-focused P&C carrier. Actuary will own reserve model development and quarterly analyses across diverse programs, assess complex reinsurance impacts and support financial reporting under the Head of Reserving. Seeking an ACAS with 8-12+ years reserving experience and strong statutory/GAAP expertise. Near-FCAS strongly preferred, with program or fronting experience valued. Charlotte or ET/CT remote opportunity with long-term leadership development potential.
