VP will direct daily operations, work closely on complex small-plan and correction matters, serve as the final internal authority on ERISA compliance, and strengthen teams, systems and controls in partnership with the CEO/CFO. Seeking experienced retirement operations leader with deep, hands-on small-plan administration and compliance experience. ROBS experience required. QKA, QPA, ERPA or comparable credentials valued.
